So here we are in Novemeber. Chris is now 40 and I am on my way! Our past weekend was full but uneventful. Our past week has been staying focused on “stuff” we need to so and we both sat down Sunday night and realized we were tired but accomplished.
On Chris’s birthday we went to Steak and Shake. That is where Gavin wanted to take daddy for a party. So…that is what we did. Burgers and fries OH MY! I had taken Chris to Macaroni Grill the weekend before and this past Friday we went with the Norelli’s to Pasta Lovers. I have no photos.
Speaking of camera…I gave it a break this weekend. It was nice not to haul around the camera but the result of having no photos is disappointing. Thank goodness for Chris and is iphone. I have just a few.
So Saturday was busy. Karate, birthday party, I took my first sewing class and we got a new car. Here is a photo of the new car:
It is a Jeep Compass. Awesome everything. Nice seats and all the navigation and bells and whistles. Chris decided that the Hummer, which gets aweful gas mailage and has 120,000 miles on it needed to go in to retirement. We both love the new car.
Anyway….Sunday was chores and we ran over to the Science Center for a while. Here are our photos:
Looks like our little guy is not so little any more.
So this week Chris is doing zero traveling. He is going to the Flyers game tonight (Wednesday) and Saturday we are going to Jacksonville to see my dads friend Phil and his family for the day. He is loading his truck up and going hunting in NY next week and taking some stuff up to my dad for me.
Hope everyone is staying warm and safe.
Have a good week!
