This is my theme for the week. This past weekend I left my family and went on my first ever scrapbook weekend. Yes, I did it. I said I was done but I got the bug back and I could not be happier. 28 pages later I was back home, relaxed and so proud of the memories I am putting together for my family. More to come with that. Just to give you an idea of what my weekend looked like:
This is “The Shores” in Daytona. If you look all the way at the top of the first photo…that is where we sat all weekend scrapbooking. The last 3 photos are the outside that we all saw for about 30 minutes total for the whole weekend. As everyone comes to visit, rest assured you will see the albums and all of the hard work that went in to them. Meantime back at home…Gavin and Chris went to Papa Joe’s on Friday, Universal Studios on Saturday and watched football, went grocery shopping, and watched more football. This is what I found on my bed when I arrived home:
Lots of stuffed animals…
This is my next project:
It is a halloween banner for the fireplace. It needs to be fixed. I made it last week but the letters are so small that you can not read them….stay tuned.
Lastly…..Gavin did not give us any “great quotes” for the bucket but he did spend lots of time on the counter “doing homework”. Really all that consists of is him tracing and coloring. He could do this for hours. Here is a big smile from Gavin to end this post:
Oh my goodness…he is such a big boy! Time must stop NOW!
Everyone have a great week……I promise a decent post next week instead of the lame ones lately.
