Does the craziness ever end?

Every weekend or our lives we say that this weekend we are just going to stay home and chill and do nothing and get caught up around the house. IT NEVER HAPPENS! I will be shocked if it ever does. Anyway...this weekend was filled with Gavin making monkey noises and watching Thomas the Train over and over and over and over again. I also realized that I am going to fall short on this project 365 thing. I am not giving up but I am missing Tues, Wed and Thurs of this past week. SOOOoo we will go ahead and not stress about it and move on to Friday, July 24, 2009. I guess I can make up for the missed days by filling in with multiple photos of other days!

Friday night we did our usual. We went to Papa Joes with Blake, Sandy and Scott. On occasion others join but not this week. We really enjoy our Friday night pizza night and especially the company! They are off to Canada so we will miss them the next few weeks. Here is a photo outside after dinner:

Saturday morning before swim lessons we gave Gavin his hat and sunglasses. He thought that was super cool. Check out the photo:

Chris would like think that this was Gavins reaction to finding out that the Flyers will be playing the Bruins in the Winter Classic outside game in Boston...but that is not the case!

Then off to swim lessons. This week I decided to go in the water with Gavin rather than Chris. It was super fun. Here is the proof:

After swim lessons Chris and Gavin stayed home while I had some mommy time. A friend from high school was in town from San Diego and a few of us met her at The Wine Room. Marni has not changed a bit and it was awesome to see her! Her brother, his wife, her sister and Beth and Julie were there as well. Here are my photos from that event:

After The Wine Room I went scrap booking at my friend Mara's house. I was so thankful that she invited me because I am so far behind and have not opened my book since I was 8 months pregnant. Here is photo proof that I really did scrap on Saturday night:

Sunday was supposed to be MOSTLY relaxing. Gavin and I went grocery shopping, Chris washed the cars and we went to Toys R Us. Here is Gavin sitting at his table and playing with his little toy. This little toy my mother in law looked high and low for and could not find. When we saw it today we had to get it. Gavin played with it ALL afternoon and loved it!

Off to go get ready for the week and watch Big Brother! I hope everyone has a good week and I will post again as soon as I can. Gavin has his tubes put in his ears early on Thursday morning. Wish us luck :)
