Summer is in Full Swing

So the last time I posted on here was Mother’s Day and to be honest I can’t remember the chain of events since then but I will give it a shot.

Firstly, I know the weekend after that Gavin went to a Parents Night Out at karate.  It was super hero night….maybe I already posted about this but in case I did not here is the little guy:

He had a such a good time.  Also, recently Chris stopped in Jacksonville and went in to the PGA TPC golf tourney.  He snuck a few photos:

So since I can’t remember the sequence of events, I am going to just babble through this.  Let’s start with more Daytona Cubs games for the boys.  They have gone several weeks on Thursdays and have had a blast. They have gone with other dads and plenty of Gavin’s friends from school:

Wow….he is getting to be so grown up!

Speaking of grown up. Gavin graduated from Jr. Pre-K last week.  His graduation was simply the best.  It was a jungle theme and they did so good:

Right after that great event, we were off to the beach for our annual Memorial Day trip.  I love these traditions and I hope that Gavin enjoys them too.  We went with the Saltzman family and our friends Mike and Rachel.  Tropical Storm Beryl rained on our weekend but we made the best of it:

 

So as you can see we made the best of it. 

So in other news….we got a new car.  Was going to trade in our Camry but decided to keep it.  One day later someone ran in to Chris in it and this is the damage:

What is in store for us next?  Well Gavin is going to Ny.  I am taking him and spending 5 days with family and then he is staying for 2 weeks without either of us. Then Chris is flying up to get him and take him to New Hampshire and back down to Philly.  Before that Gavin will be going to Vacation Bible School for a week and after that karate camp.  He will be out of school for 6 weeks.  It will be a fun and unforgettable summer we hope.
