What an aMazing Weekend :)

Hi everyone..... A day late but it was a busy busy day yesterday and I just had to give up on getting it all done. Before I forget...here is my quote for the week:



Friday night started with Chris working. Gavin and I had a date and it was super super fun. We went to this place called Papa Murphy's. You pick out your own creation for a pizza and you take it home and bake it yourself. The price was right and the pizza was AWESOME.....

Next...it as off to Blockbuster to get our movie for the night. We went with Toy Story 2. Gavin loved it. This is the Toy Story where Jessie is introduced. Gavin has been talking NON stop about it:


Saturday was filled with chores after another crazt basketball game for Gavin. This week he only cried for 1/2 the game. He is having a hard time dealing with daddy helping his friends during the game. Later that night I went to dinner for my friends birthday. It was a fabulously awesome dinner but I was glad to get home and get snuggled up with my boys because Sunday was going to promise to be a fun filled day.

First, Gavin and Chris washed the Hummer:

Then our neighbor gave Gavin a Thomas book. He sat out in the sun on the sidewalk and was completely thrilled reading it:

Then is was off to Zellwood. Home of the famous sweet corn to do the Scott and Longs Corn Maze. There was SOOOO much more......



There was a little tire playground....


and a zip line that I am CONVINCED Gavin would have not been interested in doing....except...there were a ton of big boys in our group that went first and he just wanted to keep up with them....

when he finished, he jumped off and screamed "I DID IT".....so very very cute.....then off to the actual maze:

We were in there for almost and hour and it was quite the adventure. These photos do it no justice.....then off to play tether ball...

There was a wind tunnel and lots of concessions and lots and lots of people.....

While we were out that direction...why not go to Girabaldis...our former fav hang out when we lived in Apopka......

Great great food brought this day to an end.

Later that night, we decorated ginger bread cookies...

So like I said...it was a bit corny...but aMazing!

Our week will go like this.....same ole same ole work work work....basketball....mom is taking Wed off to catch up on scrapbooking and then a low key weekend coming up in preparation for Thanksgiving. Only a few more weeks and Chris and Gavin get to hop on the Auto Train and go up north for a visit:

What else this week?

A crazy little boy who likes to dance and sing and will sing from beginning to end the tunes of his favorite shows....we have also learned to say "right now". Example..."mommy, I would like chocolate milk right now. Even better "mommy, I would like to go to Chuck E Cheese right now. The best...."I talk to daddy right now". His favorite music group...fresh from my ipod is the Black Eyed Peas. He belts out "tonight is going to be a good night". Great stuff but I have to be honest....I am sick and tired of this little guy growing up! I need time frozen RIGHT NOW please!

One more thing...WHO INVENTED BAND-AIDS.????????....my sweet little boy keeps faking injuries just to get these things. I never thought this day would come but it has and the Band Aid stage is in full force and effect. And why do they have to have Spiderman and Toy Story band aids..that just makes it worse! Oh well...I can only hope that this too will pass:
