finally some calm......

Good Tuesday to everyone. Sorry for the lateness this week. Sunday night I got lazy and yesterday I was so sick! Think it was food poisening. Horrible horrible horrible is all I have to day. This past week was a quiet one. As much as we go and go and go it was time for some down time. We hit Papa Joe's on Friday night as usual, except this week it was Parents Night Out, which we took advantage of to have a peaceful dinner with just the adults. Saturday we lounged around and enjoyed our day after Gavins swim lessons. I think we were all still worn out from last weekend at Disney. Saturday night we went to dinner with the Davis family and called it a day. Sunday morning we decided that since the weather has cooled off that we should get the bikes out again. So here we go...Gavin helping daddy load up the bikes:

one problem...we get about 2 miles in to our ride and we realize that the tire on Gavins trailer is flat. What a terrible 2 mile ride back for Chris having to pull that trailer with a flat tire.

So the holidays are around the corner and we only have this weekend before we leave on our trip. We are heading north on the 22nd of November and spending a day with my aunt, a day with my dad and my dads entire family took the day off before Thanksgiving to spend the day with us. Then back down to PA and we are going to have a blast with grandma and pop pop. We are going to enjoy the relaxation, Gavin will surely enjoy the time with them and their dog Chief and we plan on going to the Philadelphia Zoo and perhaps catch the Eagles game on Thanksgiving weekend. I, personally, can't wait for the down time.
