Bring on the sunshine......

Happy Sunday everyone and welcome to this weeks update :) Just for the record, I am in love with the above quote....I might need to say it over and over again this week. We will see. Anyway, it was a great week AGAIN, here in the Lollis house, so here goes:

Let me tell you about a typical morning in our house. First , we try to sneak up before Gavin but that does not often happen. Each morning usually consists of a little Nemo, a bit of crying about going to school and us trying to force feed Gavin breakfast as I am making my lunch and trying to get out the front door by 7:15. If I am lucky, my hair is dry and makeup is on. Chris and I are usually discussing who will be taking and picking up Gavin that day , what our work schedules are and what we need to get accomplished. We come up with a plan for the day, hope it comes together and off we all go . This week things seemed a little calmer because Gavin was sleeping later. In fact, two of the days, I walked in the kitchen and found my two guys making me a sandwich for lunch. Gavin just thought that it was so very very cool:

Our evenings this week were really really something to write about. Chris actually was off of work almost every single night and we all got to hang out together. We did a lot of watching Nemo (what else is new) and Gavin started telling us that he wanted to "snuggle". Here are a few photos of us doing just that:

Friday was our regular good time at Papa Joe's. Saturday my friend Judy and her daughter Kayla invited Gavin and I go the beach. We were very excited and off we went. Stopped to get subs before arriving and OOOppps, the car would not start. I snuck in some photos of the ordeal:

The jump did not work so her husband came from Lake Mary and we were back on the road again. It very well could have been a stressful situation, however, this bunch was not going to let it ruin our day. We just made the best of it and off we went.

We arrived here:

and then we decided to skip the beach and swim here:

we had such a great time and it was so relaxing. Off we went back up to their condo and Gavin had such a nice time playing with Kayla. I made them pose for this picture:

Then back home we went:

Before you know it, I looked back and this is what I saw:

Sunday was cleaning and shopping and Chris had to work. We did get a lot of play time in tonight though. Of course, we had to watch Nemo while wearing our new sneakers. How cute is this? (and doesn't he look like he is 5?):
